Rooted in Care,
Guided by
Service
VietMed at UCLA was created to serve as a beacon for students dedicated to the intersection of medical science and Vietnamese heritage. Founded by visionaries who saw the need for a unified voice on campus, our club has grown from a fledgling initiative into a cornerstone of community service. We pride ourselves on fostering an environment that encourages both personal empathy and professional excellence.
Our evolution is most visible in our hands-on commitment to volunteering. Through partnerships with local hospices and community health centers, we provide our members with unique opportunities to offer compassionate care and give back to those who shaped our legacy. Since our founding at UCLA, we have continued to evolve, always keeping the patient and the student at the heart of our mission.
